Early registration for the meeting is $375 per participant for the entire week, if received by 15 June 2004. After that date, the weekly registration fee increases to $500. (For presenters at the meeting - and only for presenters - the deadline date for early registration has been extended to 31 July 2004.)

Participants may also register for selected days only. Daily registration is $150 per participant per day if received by 15 June 2004. After that date, daily registration increases to $200 per day per participant. (Again, for presenters at the meeting - and only for presenters - the deadline date for early daily registration has been extended to 31 July 2004.)

Checks should be made in US dollars, and payable to "Tufts University" with the annotation "DSFD 2004." They can be mailed to DSFD 2004, c/o Prof. Bruce Boghosian, Department of Mathematics, Tufts University, Bromfield-Pearson Hall, Medford, MA 02155, USA. We are not equipped to accept credit card payments at this time.

All participants, including presenters, are responsible for the registration fee! In cases of serious financial difficulty, invited speakers may apply for a partial registration waiver by contacting the Organizing Committee at dsfd2004@listproc.tufts.edu. We will be able to grant these, on a case-by-case basis, only if the meeting receives grant funding for which it has applied. The outcome of this application is unlikely to be known until shortly before the meeting.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to accept or decline, at its sole discretion, registrations for this conference.

A cancellation fee of $150 will apply to any registration cancelled after 15 July 2004.
